About The Sauce Shack

Hi, I'm Jonathan, the person behind The Sauce Shack.

Like many good ideas, The Sauce Shack started in my kitchen with a simple goal: to make sauces that I'd genuinely want to eat myself.

After years of settling for the same supermarket bottles, I wanted to create something different. Richer flavours. Better ingredients. Sauces with real personality. The kind of bottles you reach for whether you're cooking a barbecue, making a bacon sandwich or just looking to turn a plate of chips into something special.

Every recipe is developed from scratch, tested, tweaked and tested again until it's exactly how I want it. Some recipes take weeks, others take months, but nothing is bottled until I'm happy to put my name on it.

From the smoky depth of Pitmaster BBQ to the warming spices of Onion Bhaji Ketchup and the bold kick of Horsepower Horseradish Ketchup, every bottle is made in small batches with quality and flavour at the heart of everything I do.

The Sauce Shack isn't about producing millions of bottles. It's about creating sauces that people get excited to open, share with friends and come back for again.
